GIF withdraws drug nationwide: foreign object found in vial
The Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate ordered immediate withdrawal of an entire drug batch after a foreign object was discovered in a vial. Inspectors classified the defect as a serious threat to patients' health and even life. The decision covers all of Poland.
