Celandine herb withdrawn from sale: risks liver damage

As of May 4, 2026, celandine herb has been withdrawn from food trade in Poland. Experts warn that this plant, popular in folk medicine, poses a serious threat to the liver and may cause permanent damage. People with it at home should dispose of it.
