Full-fat dairy doesn't harm health, 12-week study finds
A 12-week study of adults eating three daily servings of full-fat dairy found no meaningful increases in weight, body fat, cholesterol, or insulin resistance. Participants also showed improved blood pressure and higher intake of calcium, protein, and vitamin D. The researchers conclude that dairy's complex food structure may matter more than its saturated fat content, challenging decades of low-fat dietary advice.
