Dietitian on apple cider vinegar on empty stomach: not for everyone
In "Kuchenne rewolucje," Magda Gessler recommended taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water at breakfast as a way to achieve "miracles." Clinical dietitian Dr Hanna Stolińska tempers the enthusiasm: vinegar may gently affect blood sugar levels after meals, but daily consumption on an empty stomach is not safe for everyone. The specialist points to the risk of irritating the esophagus and stomach.
