Polish poultry meat inspection finds too much water, too little protein

The Trade Quality Inspection Office for Agricultural and Food Products inspected 141 producers and shops selling poultry meat in Poland. Numerous irregularities were found – the most serious being excess water content relative to protein, beyond permitted levels. This means customers may have paid for water instead of meat.
