Two emaciated dogs locked in barn without water in Zamość county

Officers in Zamość county found two young dogs locked in a windowless, filthy barn room without water or bedding. The conditions exposed the animals to suffering and danger to their lives. The dogs were taken from the owner and placed under new care; police are investigating the circumstances, and the owner may face charges for animal cruelty.
