Mushroom resembling coral returns to Polish forests and can be harvested

The Regional Directorate of State Forests in Radom displayed photos of a rare mushroom shaped like cauliflower, coral, or overcooked pasta. Once protected, it can now be legally harvested in Polish forests. Its taste, according to many, resembles nuts.
