Cow DNA found in sheep cheese: IJHARS inspects 60 Polish shops

The Inspection of Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products conducted checks on cheese in 60 shops across Poland. Irregularities were found in nearly half of the establishments. Two serious violations were detected: undeclared preservatives and cow DNA in cheese sold as "sheep and goat."
