Lublin hospital refused heart attack patient, faced consequences
On the night of August 15-16, 41-year-old Jarosław arrived at the emergency room of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Lublin with heart attack symptoms, but no one answered the door despite his ringing. His wife called an ambulance, which took him to an MSWiA hospital five kilometers away — there his heart attack was confirmed and immediate treatment began. The facility that refused to admit the patient faced consequences.
