Meta still displays ads promoting CSAM in India, BBC investigation finds

According to a BBC Eye investigation report, Instagram in India was displaying paid ads promoting child sexual abuse material. Meta has not effectively eliminated this practice — the problem persists despite earlier reports and internal content moderation mechanisms.
