A survey found that 72% of job candidates consider salary ranges a key piece of information at the job-listing stage. However, only 30% of companies disclose pay in all their recruitment ads, and nearly one in three firms never disclose it at all. The gap is seen as a significant friction point in the Polish labour market. Experts note that pay transparency is gradually improving but progress remains slow.
