Startups lure tech talent from giants with equity and real product influence
Startups and deep-tech companies are successfully poaching specialists from large corporations by offering equity, genuine influence over the product and the chance to work on technologies that don't yet exist. Without big corporate budgets or extensive perks, they compete on the promise that each employee will matter and help build something new. For many tech professionals, that autonomy outweighs the security of a large employer.
