Work Seniority to Be Calculated More Favourably — Bonus After 37 Years of Service

New regulations will make the calculation of work seniority more favourable for employees, with a jubilee bonus also payable after 37 years of service. The benefit will cover seniority accrued before 1 January 2026. The change is designed to better recognise an employee's full working history.
