ZUS warns: companies must update PKD codes by end of 2026

From 1 January 2027, business registers will use only the new PKD 2025 classification, replacing the previous PKD 2007. ZUS urges companies to update their codes independently before the end of 2026. Failure to update risks the IT system assigning the wrong activity type, and in extreme cases may result in deletion from the register.
