European gas reserves hit lowest level since 2013, IEA warns of crisis through 2027

European gas storage is at its lowest fill level since 2013, and supply disruptions from the Middle East have cut global LNG supply by more than 60 billion cubic metres. The International Energy Agency warns that global gas markets remain exposed to serious supply security threats, and the impact of the gas crisis could be felt in Europe as late as 2027.
