Over 3 times the limit at 10 a.m.: 47-year-old from Łask may lose BMW

The incident happened on November 1 on Bohaterów Września street in Łask. A drunk 47-year-old woman was driving a BMW with a reading above 3 per mille of alcohol. A 55-year-old witness to the dangerous driving made a citizen's arrest. The woman faces up to 3 years in prison, a driving ban, and forfeiture of the car.
