Six charged in Lublin court for defrauding over 540,000 zł in EU funds
The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Lublin has filed charges against six people, including two employees of NSZZ "Solidarity" Central-Eastern Region and a researcher at Lublin University of Technology. The case concerns irregularities in organizing training in 2017–2018 — the defendants allegedly defrauded over 540,000 zł from EU funds, including through fictitious participants and a trip to Sicily. Thirty-three charges have been brought against them in total, including fraud, accessory to crime, and document forgery.
