Dogs at cemeteries: when a fine up to 500 zloty applies
Polish law does not explicitly ban dogs from cemeteries, but administrators of municipal and parish cemeteries may impose their own bans. Violation of regulations may be classified as an offense under Article 54 of the Code of Misdemeanors, carrying a fine up to 500 zloty. Certified assistance dogs are exempt. If entry is permitted, the dog must be on a leash and the owner must carry waste bags and a muzzle.
