Poles worn out by work: 43% willing to take pay cut for more free time

An InterviewMe survey shows 43% of Poles would prefer lower wages in exchange for more free time. Nearly one in ten respondents is considering unofficial ways to extend leave, including fake medical notes. In the first half of the year, ZUS conducted 219.7 thousand L4 inspections, issuing 10.5 thousand decisions to stop benefits totalling over 18.5m zloty.
