Poll: Le Pen leads with 33% ahead of French presidential election

According to a new Cluster 17 poll for Politico, Marine Le Pen (National Rally) has the support of 33%, gaining 2 percentage points since September. Jean-Luc Mélenchon (La France Insoumise) ranks second with 18.5%, while former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe has dropped to 16%. The first round of France's presidential election will be held on 18 April, the second on 2 May.
