Częstochowa referendum valid: mayor and city council recalled

The National Electoral Commission announced that the referendum in Częstochowa is valid, resulting in the recall of Mayor Krzysztof Matyjaszczyk and the entire city council. Until early elections are held, a commissioner appointed by the prime minister will assume city authority.
