Vatican: Pope Leo XIV had lung adenocarcinoma, further treatment unnecessary

The Vatican officially released results of Pope Leo XIV's medical examination following a lung tumor removal surgery conducted in mid-October. Tests confirmed the tumor was locally-characterized lung adenocarcinoma. Doctors do not recommend further oncological treatment.
