From February, restaurants must pack food into customers' containers

Starting in February next year, restaurants, food trucks and other food service venues will be required to pack takeout meals into containers brought by customers. Establishments cannot charge any additional fee for placing food into the customer's container. Changes will also apply to food sections in supermarkets.
