Poland launches Center to Combat Disinformation, first in Europe

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitalization Krzysztof Gawkowski announced on Wednesday the establishment of a Center to Combat Disinformation — the first such institution in Europe. Paweł Olszewski, currently deputy minister of digitalization, is to head the new center. The center will consolidate the government's efforts against disinformation in one place.
