Shelf price is binding: customers don't owe more at checkout
If a product is labeled 9.99 zł on the shelf but rings up at 13.99 zł at the register, the consumer has the right to demand the lower price. Consumer protection rules clearly protect the buyer in such cases. It takes only a calm reference to the price on the label and a request for correction.
