Woman strapped to bed in care home in Nowiny: lawyer calls it a crime

Video released by Wirtualna Polska shows a woman with intellectual disability at a care facility in Nowiny strapped to a bed — naked, sitting on bare slats. Lawyer Eliza Kuna said on "Tłit" that a crime prosecuted ex officio had occurred. The case reached the public through the Wirtualna Polska portal.
