Rural clinics taken over by medical networks: doctors sound alarm

More and more primary healthcare facilities in rural Poland and small towns are falling into the hands of large medical chains. Doctors warn that monopolization of the healthcare market could worsen access to care for thousands of Poles. Experts point out that commercialization of primary healthcare means a risk of limiting services where they are most needed.
