Slawkow businessman's murder: trial restarts

The Appeals Court in Katowice overturned an acquittal for Ilona S. (65), accused of murdering her husband, entrepreneur Jacek S. (†57) from Slawkow. The case returns for retrial. The victim's brother Ryszard is certain: "It's my sister-in-law who is guilty." The murder occurred nine years ago and is considered one of the most high-profile criminal cases in recent years in Silesia.
