School fire in Bukavu kills at least 24 children

At least 24 children died in a fire at a school in Bukavu in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. The fire broke out during classes; some students tried to escape by jumping from upper floors of the building. According to reports, adults are also among the victims. An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
