Europe's largest CO2 capture facility launched in Netherlands

Europe's largest carbon dioxide capture installation has been activated in Sluiskil, Netherlands. From 2026, it will capture and liquefy up to 800,000 tons of CO2 annually. The captured gas will be transported to Norway and stored under the seabed.
