Minnesota pastor dies after falling into cruise ship pool in Italy

58-year-old Stephen Junker from Minnesota, a pastor, was on a cruise in Italy for his son's wedding. He was found unconscious face-down in the ship's pool. He suffered severe spinal cord trauma and died several weeks after the accident despite treatment.
