Polish seaside restaurants served 15% more bills in July but revenue fell 12%

July data from POSbistro reveal a paradox in Poland's seaside restaurant sector: the number of receipts rose by nearly 15% year-on-year, but revenue fell by 12%. Customers are visiting more often but spending considerably less per visit.
