Italy's spicy 'nduja sausage is taking Polish menus by storm

'Nduja, a soft, spreadable and intensely red Calabrian sausage made from pork and hot chilli pepper, is growing in popularity on Polish menus. Its texture is often compared to black pudding. Once almost unknown in Poland, it now regularly appears as a pizza topping and restaurant ingredient.
