Shops cannot reject a shoe complaint just because the original box is missing
Under Polish consumer law, a retailer is responsible for goods not conforming to the contract regardless of whether the buyer kept the original packaging. Demanding the original box as a condition for accepting a complaint is unlawful. Consumers can report defects such as a detached sole without the box, and the shop must process the complaint.
