Polish labour inspectorate orders 121 employers to formalise contracts after bogus civil agreements

Poland's State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) has received 690 complaints about employers illegally replacing employment contracts with civil-law agreements since new regulations came into force. Inspectors have so far issued 121 written orders requiring employers to formalise those arrangements as proper employment contracts. PIP says the scale of bogus contracting remains significant.
