Former OHP centre head loses court case after being found guilty of workplace mobbing

The head of a Voluntary Labour Corps (OHP) training and education centre in Człuchów was found to have engaged in workplace mobbing, confirmed by both an internal commission and a court. She reportedly called subordinates "idiots" and other derogatory terms. After being dismissed, she unsuccessfully sued her former employer for compensation — the court rejected her claims.
