Flixbus left two passengers behind with their luggage and prescription meds

A Flixbus coach travelling from Warsaw to Częstochowa drove off from a petrol station without two passengers, taking their luggage and prescription medication with it. The stranded travellers had to pay 500 PLN out of pocket for a taxi to continue their journey. When they called the carrier's helpline, they were met only with automated bots and could not reach a human agent.
