Severance pay to rise from 2027 for minimum-wage workers — by 144 to 432 PLN

From 2027, employees earning the national minimum wage will receive higher severance pay following dismissal. Depending on their length of service, the increases will amount to 144, 288 or 432 PLN. Severance pay in general is calculated based on seniority and salary level.
