Omilia raises $67M Series B to scale AI customer support platform

AI customer support startup Omilia has raised $67 million in a Series B round — its first fundraise since 2020. In that period the company grew its annual recurring revenue (ARR) tenfold to $60 million. The funds will be used to scale its customer support platform.
