Doctor warns: this common air conditioning mistake can harm your health
Family doctor Justyna Milewska, speaking on TVN's "Dzień Dobry TVN", warned that the biggest air conditioning mistake is setting the temperature too low — the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures should not exceed 7–8°C. Sudden temperature swings weaken immunity and can cause colds, headaches and respiratory problems. She advised directing airflow away from people and keeping units regularly cleaned.
