New Polish anti-mobbing law sets minimum compensation at 28,836 PLN
In the first six months of 2026, Poland's Labour Inspectorate received 1,500 reports of suspected workplace mobbing — up 7.8% year-on-year. On 30 July 2026, the Polish president signed an amendment to the Labour Code that revises the definition of mobbing, expands employer obligations and sets a minimum compensation of 28,836 PLN for victims. The new provisions are set to take effect within months.
