Who are the 'Sea People' in Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey?
In Christopher Nolan's epic The Odyssey, the mysterious "Sea People" are repeatedly cited as a deadly threat to Ithaca and its Mediterranean neighbours. Alongside them, Odysseus and his men must also face the Cyclops and the wrath of the god Poseidon. The Sea People are a reference to the historical maritime raiders who destabilised the ancient Mediterranean world.
