Hong Kong introduces pet-friendly restaurant scheme to lure back diners

Hong Kong's restaurant industry is struggling as more residents travel to mainland China for weekend leisure and dining, draining local foot traffic. The government has launched a pet-friendly scheme allowing dogs into hundreds of newly licensed restaurants in a bid to attract more customers.
