Polish Labour Inspectorate reform from July 2026 to tackle bogus contracts

Poland's State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) is set to receive new tools to combat improperly concluded contracts and so-called junk employment from July 2026. The reform aims to strengthen workers' rights protection and curb abuses in the labour market. The new regulations are intended as a significant step toward fairer employment practices in Poland.
