FDA approves Orca Bio's Tregzi T-cell therapy reducing transplant complications in blood cancer

The therapy significantly reduces the risk of chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a debilitating complication of traditional matched-donor transplants. Orca Bio CEO Nate Fernhoff said the approval could break the historic trade-off between cure and serious complications for leukaemia patients.
