Dan Evans retires from singles after Wimbledon but gets doubles wildcard
British tennis player Dan Evans announced he will retire from singles after Wimbledon, following a second-round qualifying defeat to Tristan Schoolkate. Evans said he is "happy" with his decision to call time on his singles career. He will still appear at Wimbledon, however, having received a wildcard into the men's doubles alongside Henry Searle.
