Russian Fuel Hits 17-Year High After Ukraine Strikes — Moscow Imports From Belarus
Russian fuel prices jumped on Monday to their highest level since the 2008 global financial crisis, with diesel reaching the equivalent of 5.8 Polish złoty per litre. Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries have knocked out a quarter of the country's processing capacity. To compensate, Russia has begun importing fuel from Belarus.
