Polish Ministry bans unpaid internships and plans stronger anti-mobbing rules
Polish Minister of Family and Labour Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk announced major labour market reforms at a press conference in Płock on 22 June. The plans include a ban on unpaid internships, stronger protections against workplace mobbing, and expanded powers for the National Labour Inspectorate. The changes are aimed at improving conditions for both employees and employers.
