Stalowa Wola Flooded: ZUS Office, Steel Mill and Streets Inundated
Violent rainfall on Monday caused widespread flooding in Stalowa Wola, southern Poland. Floodwaters inundated streets, basements, the server room of the Stalowa Wola steelworks, and the local Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) offices. Firefighters responded to over 40 emergency calls related to the flooding. The deluge caused serious disruptions to the city's daily operations.
