Nowa Praga Gallery demolished: Biedronka and Hulakula site to become 2,500 homes

Galeria Nowa Praga at ul. Jagiellońskiej 82B in Warsaw will be demolished. Tenant contracts, including Biedronka, JYSK and entertainment center Hulakula, expire no later than January 2027, after which demolition work lasting around six months will begin. Grupa Asbud plans to build N Praga residential estate with over 2,500 apartments on the site and former FSO land.
